- Offers both free and paid subscription tiers
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Usage Limits and Subscriptions

4.2 Paid Tier
Paid subscriptions include:
- Unlimited scans
- All features available in the free tier
4.3 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Scan websites without proper authorization or permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to scan websites that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AccessibilityScan and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Rights
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as website URLs). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6.3 Reports
You own the accessibility reports generated for your scans. You may use, share, and distribute these reports as you see fit, subject to these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
7.1 Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7.2 Accuracy of Results
While we strive to provide accurate accessibility scanning results:
- Scan results are based on automated analysis and may not catch all accessibility issues
- Results should be reviewed by qualified accessibility professionals
- We are not responsible for any decisions made based on scan results
- Compliance with accessibility laws (ADA, WCAG) is your responsibility
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccessibilityScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AccessibilityScan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment of subscription fees (for paid accounts)
- Extended periods of inactivity
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and associated data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
